By accessing or using Datasling services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and any additional policies referenced within them, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Services Covered
Datasling may offer A2P SMS, airtime, data, electricity and related digital utility services, including websites, mobile interfaces, dashboards, APIs, integrations and support services. We may update, expand, reduce or discontinue features from time to time.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You may need an account to access certain services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, keep login details secure and promptly notify us of unauthorized use. If you use Datasling on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Datasling to:
- Send spam, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive or unlawful SMS traffic.
- Misuse airtime, data or electricity services for illegal or unauthorized activity.
- Submit false account, recipient, customer, meter, operator or payment information.
- Interfere with the security, stability or normal operation of the services.
- Attempt to access another user’s account or confidential information without authorization.
5. Data You Submit
If you submit recipient numbers, customer references, message content, meter details or other third-party information through Datasling, you are responsible for ensuring that you have a lawful basis and appropriate authority to do so.
6. Pricing, Payments and Transactions
Pricing, availability, limits and settlement conditions may vary by service, partner, network, utility or agreement. A submitted transaction may remain subject to validation, partner approval, network conditions, utility confirmation, anti-fraud review or payment confirmation before final completion.
7. Third-Party Networks and Providers
Some Datasling services depend on telecom operators, payment providers, banks, utilities or other third parties. We are not responsible for outages, delays, failures or policy decisions caused by those third parties, though we will work reasonably to support and communicate around service issues.
8. Intellectual Property
Datasling and all related branding, content, software, design, documentation and interfaces remain the property of Data Sling or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, republish or exploit them except as permitted by law or by our written authorization.
9. Privacy and Security
Your use of the services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for protecting your credentials, devices and account access. We may take measures to detect abuse, fraud or security threats, including account restrictions where necessary.
10. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend, restrict or terminate access to the services if we reasonably believe there is a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, legal risk, security risk, unpaid balances, misuse of telecom or utility channels, or any other circumstance requiring protective action.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Datasling services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or suitability for every use case. To the extent permitted by law, Data Sling is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or business interruption losses arising from use of the services.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date on this page. Continued use of the services after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
