1. Notifire Users: How to Request Account Deletion
If you created a Notifire account and want it deleted without reopening the app, email info@datasling.gm with the subject line Notifire account deletion, or call +220 714 7777 and request Notifire account deletion.

2. What to Include in a Notifire Deletion Request
Please include as much of the following as possible:
- Your full name
- The phone number or email address linked to your Notifire account
- Your device platform if known, for example Android or iPhone
- A short statement confirming that you want the Notifire account deleted
3. Other Datasling Services: How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your Datasling account or personal data, email info@datasling.gm from the email address connected to your account, or contact us by phone at +220 714 7777 and ask for a data deletion request.
Please include as much of the following as possible:
- Your full name
- The email address or phone number linked to your account
- Your business name, if the account is business-related
- Your Datasling username, account ID or service reference, if known
- A short description of the data or account you want deleted
4. Verification
To protect users against unauthorized requests, we may ask for additional information to verify identity or confirm authority before processing a deletion request.
5. What We Delete
Where applicable and legally permitted, we will delete or anonymize account profile data, support records, service preferences, stored contact details and other personal data that is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
For Notifire, this generally includes the app account profile, linked phone numbers or contact details, device-token registrations, app preferences, and other personal account data that no longer needs to be retained after the deletion request is fulfilled.
6. What We May Retain
We may retain certain records where necessary for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, regulatory or operational reasons. This can include transaction history, audit logs, billing records, service delivery records and other data that must be kept under applicable obligations or legitimate business requirements.
7. Timing
We aim to review and respond to valid deletion requests within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days after verification, although some requests may take longer where the request is complex or where law requires continued retention of some data.
8. Meta, Facebook and Instagram-Connected Data
If you connected Datasling to a Meta, Facebook or Instagram service, you may also remove the app or connection from your Meta account settings. After doing so, email info@datasling.gm and reference the account used for the connection so we can review any related data held by Datasling.
